Next, it was the first time that I had seen the bus start at the designated time. When I got into the bus, the comfort that I felt was unmatchable. From the window of my seat I could see bumpy roads but could not feel them much. They also dropped me 15 mins prior to the designated time. So all-in-all it was a perfect journey with nothing to complain about.

I had booked tickets for me and my grandparents with Chanakya Travels from Pune. The travel experience was great, my grandparents were not fatigued and they also helped us reach on-time.
Their drivers are very helpful. Once, my parents were travelling to Mumbai. I booked tickets for them with Chanakya Travels , but as I was in a rush, I booked the upper berths for them. Now I was in a fix that how could my parents climb to the upper berth with their knee pain (due to old age). I requested the bus driver and he talked to some passengers and convinced one of them to swap their berths with us. I was really thankful to the Chanakya Travels driver and I have written this review just to acknowledge his selfless nature.
